Job summary

Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers. This senior individual contributor role owns the product operating system end to end—from rituals to launch motion and partner feedback loops—helping the team move faster and more confidently.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product operations or related experience in a product-led company with a strong engineering culture.
• Strong product judgment and operating instincts; capable of autonomous operation.
• Senior operator who defines problems, drives plans, and owns outcomes without close direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly, measure impact, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence: planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and rituals.
• Run the launch motion end to end across cards, payments, and platform, including readiness and post-launch measurement.
• Build and run the partner feedback loop; translate input into prioritized product signals.
• Stand up tooling, dashboards, and documentation to scale product operations; maintain trackers and release notes.
• Collaborate with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives touching support, compliance, partnerships, and finance.
• Drive operational excellence: metrics hygiene, postmortems, decision logs, and scalable processes.
• Identify and remove friction in process, tooling, communication, and decision-making.
