Job summary

Socure is seeking a senior Launch Operations leader to build and run a small team that coordinates product launches. You will ensure visibility across initiatives, drive ownership models, and partner with PM, Legal, RevOps, Engineering, and PMM to keep launches on track.

You will start as the senior IC, then scale to lead a team focused on tracking launch health, escalation, and data-driven updates across major and minor releases.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or cross-functional tech operations.
• Experience running accountability rhythms (status reviews, dashboards, cadence) across teams.
• Proven success building or leading a team of contractors and FTEs.
• Familiar with product roadmap tools (Aha!, Productboard) and issue trackers (Jira, Linear).
• Strong understanding of product/software lifecycles and execution discipline.
• Excellent written communication and ability to drive clear commitments.
