Job summary

Rightsline is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Operations to lead the AI-native Development Lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will design playbooks, own planning cadences, and champion the product tool stack (Pendo, Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Launch Notes, Claude, Replit) across the org.

You will mentor a Product Operations Manager and partner with GTM leaders to ensure launches land commercially while scaling the function in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading product operations and launch programs.
• Proven ability to design playbooks and improve cross-functional velocity.
• Experience implementing AI-native workflows within product orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-DLC discovery through launch playbooks and annual/mid-year/quarterly planning.
• Define product-tool strategy and governance for Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Launch Notes, Claude.
• Manage a Product Operations Manager; oversee delivery cadence and governance.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure launches land commercially.
