MoonPay is seeking a Product Operations professional to partner with senior leaders, driving high-impact strategic projects and AI-enabled processes across the company. You will shape scope, structure initiatives, and work with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will leverage strong analytics, governance, and automation to increase execution velocity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs across Product / Engineering and business teams.
• Exceptional communicator who can align senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Thrives in ambiguity with strong operational planning and governance.
• Upstream problem-solver who structures initiatives before execution risk.
• Strong analytical instincts using data and business context.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and automation.
• Fluent in AI tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively surface and prioritize high-impact strategic opportunities and own end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to define and implement strategy across MoonPay products.
• Structure complex problems with hypotheses and build business cases and models.
• Define and manage key drivers of business performance with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop insights on competitive positioning to inform recommendations.
• Understand MoonPay customers and market landscape to uncover opportunities.
• Use AI tools to build scalable solutions and automate processes.
