Job summary

MoonPay Inc. is seeking a Lead, Strategy & Corporate Development to partner with the SVP, Strategy and Investments Development. You will drive MoonPay’s high-priority strategic initiatives, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across teams.

The role requires strong strategic judgement and an operator mindset to move from ambiguity to execution, including strategic transactions, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in investment banking; IPO experience preferred.
• Exceptional operator who can structure ambiguous problems and drive to outcomes.
• Strong commercial/strategic judgment; connect initiatives to company objectives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and coordinating complex work.
• Fintech or crypto exposure is a plus; banking/IPO pedigree prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution.
• Support corporate development priorities: strategic transactions, partnerships, investments.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams; resolve blockers.
• Build and improve operating cadences: prioritisation, planning, decision processes, tracking.
