MoonPay is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and GTM. You will structure ambiguous problems, build business cases, and drive scalable processes using AI and automation.

You will mentor teams, manage risk, and define key drivers of performance while partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• The right candidate has extensive experience leading cross‑functional programs across Product, Engineering and business teams.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive measurable outcomes using data.

Responsibilities

• Surface and prioritize high-impact opportunities and own them end-to-end from scoping to execution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and GTM leaders to define strategy across MoonPay products.
• Structure complex strategic problems with hypotheses, models, and business cases.
• Manage key drivers of performance and integrate insights into work plans.
• Develop insights on competitive positioning and market dynamics to inform recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and scale processes while preserving practicality.
