Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive operational excellence for our Data squad. You will own initiatives to scale ML model launches, support AI-powered features, and improve tooling and experiments across multiple squads.

You will partner with Finance and Data Analytics to align KPIs, ensure accurate dashboards, data hygiene, and clear reporting to enable informed product decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management.
• Strong proficiency in root-cause analysis across a wide variety of problems.
• Clear and effective communication to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of our business and product strategies, plus financial principles related to delivery.
• Analytical skills to align KPIs with strategy and enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify moderately complex friction points in the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Streamline operational workflows and maintain process hygiene across squads.
• Build cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
• Engage stakeholders at the right time with aligned expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs, providing data-driven insights for decisions.
• Translate metrics into actionable operational guidance for squads.
• Help manage the product tech stack and roadmapping tools.
• Assist in quarterly planning to align team efforts with business strategy.
