Job summary

Socure is seeking a seasoned Product Ops professional to act as the central systems, process, and data engine for product teams. You will own the PM tools, reporting, and prioritization workflows, ensuring data integrity across Jira and roadmap platforms.

The role supports both centralized and embedded teams in a fast-moving environment. You will design repeatable processes, build dashboards, and partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring commercial data into prioritization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role within product or engineering organizations.
• Experience with roadmapping tools like Aha!, Productboard and Jira Product Discovery.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; you are the connective tissue between central leadership and embedded product teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure core product management/roadmapping platforms (e.g., Aha!, Productboard, or equivalent).
• Own the connection between the product management platform and the engineering work-tracking system (e.g., Jira) — field mapping, status sync, data consistency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and embedded product teams to view roadmap status and portfolio health.
• Define and track core product operations metrics (cycle time, planning hygiene, tool adoption).
• Coordinate dashboards/reporting with central BI teams to enable deeper insights and faster decisions.
