Job summary

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. We’re seeking a Product Operations professional who will own dashboards, reporting, and processes across embedded product teams.

You’ll partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring data into prioritization and ensure consistent planning cadences. In a hybrid centralized/embedded model, you’ll design repeatable planning processes, enable teams with templates, and maintain data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role, ideally supporting or working inside of a product or engineering organization.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports in the PPM tool itself, Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets/Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Use of LLM-based tools to augment and optimize workflows, dashboards, research, etc.
• Experience designing and documenting repeatable processes - intake, prioritization, planning cadences.
• Comfort facilitating conversations where strategic priorities and day-to-day execution are in tension.
• Strong analytical skills - turn messy data into actionable insights.
• Generalist mindset; comfortable moving between technical configuration, process design, and data/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting & analytics for the Product Org: build dashboards and reports for roadmap status, delivery progress, and portfolio health.
• Define and track core product operations metrics (cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning hygiene, tool adoption).
• Coordinate data availability with central data/BI teams to enable deeper insights and faster decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to bring CRM/ARR data into prioritization and reporting.
• Support recurring reporting cadences with clean, trusted data.
• Design and document repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional handoffs and standardize processes across pods while allowing team flexibility.
