Job summary

Socure is seeking a Product Operations professional to act as the central engine for reporting, processes, and data that power product strategy. You will own dashboards, metrics, and cross-functional workflows, partnering with Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to align planning with execution and priorities.

The role blends centralized and embedded work within a fast-growing product org, with a bias toward standardization and scalable processes to support rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role.
• Comfort building dashboards and reports (Tableau/Looker/Sheets).
• SQL is a plus and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing repeatable processes for planning and prioritization.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills across teams.
• Ability to work autonomously on a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports giving leadership and embedded teams a reliable view of roadmap status and portfolio health.
• Define and track core product operations metrics and planning hygiene.
• Centralize product performance metrics and coordinate with central BI for deeper insights.
• Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to integrate CRM/ARR data into prioritization.
• Support recurring reporting cadences with clean, trusted data.
• Monitor data quality and drive hygiene standards across reporting systems.
• Design and document repeatable processes for planning, intake, and roadmap reviews.
• Identify friction points and fix them via process, automation, or tooling.
• Create templates, playbooks, and checklists to save PMs time.
• Train and provide ongoing guidance on shared tools and processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional handoffs and ensure alignment across pods.
• Standardize processes while preserving team flexibility.
• Translate strategy into a concrete roadmap and planning cadence.
• Run planning cycles and ensure execution aligns with leadership priorities.
• Monitor progress and flag drift early for corrective action.
