Habitat Health is seeking a versatile product-focused professional to turn ambiguity into scalable systems across clinical, operational, enrollment, and enterprise teams. You will map current workflows, prototype automation, and drive tool rollouts with frontline adoption.

This is a high-trust, early-stage environment requiring strong ownership, fast learning, and comfort with changing playbooks. Occasional travel to Habitat centers is expected.

Responsabilités

• Turn ambiguity into working systems by mapping processes, analysing needs, and building clear action plans.
• Break down big asks from stakeholders into concrete, prioritized steps and maintain alignment.
• Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive tasks using off-the-shelf tools, no-code, or light scripting.
• Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up drafting, analysis, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and functional leads to build repeatable systems and dashboards.
