Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in AI tooling design and evaluation.
• Experience building end-to-end production systems.
• Background in healthcare services or care delivery.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate workflows into tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled tools (agents, copilots, automations) with end-to-end ownership.
• Own data layer, integrations, prompts, evaluation, interface, and post-launch enhancements.
• Run structured evaluations against clinical/operational expectations and debug issues.
• Maintain production tools and write user-friendly technical docs for non-technical staff.
• Partner with operations, data, and compliance to ensure fast, compliant delivery.
