• Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar domains, tools, and systems quickly.
• High ownership and bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leaders and execution teams.
• Comfort with hybrid work and travel to Habitat Health centers as needed.
• Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic tooling to automate workflows.
