Habitat Health in the United States seeks a Senior Associate in Product Strategy & Operations. This remote-friendly role partners with product, engineering, data and clinical leads to turn ambiguity into scalable, repeatable systems across centers and home settings.

You’ll map processes, automate workflows, deploy AI tools, and drive adoption with front-line teams. Travel to Habitat centers and strong ownership are key as you help turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Smart, and a fast learner who quickly adapts to unfamiliar domains, tools, and systems.
• Strong ownership and bias toward action: write training docs and work with frontline users.
• Analytical instincts: define what better means, pull data, and prioritize using it.

Responsibilities

• Research, analysis, process mapping, AI deployment, docs, coordination, or prototyping to bring structure to fast-moving work.
• Break down large asks into actionable plans and align stakeholders.
• Identify and eliminate manual or error-prone processes using off‑the‑shelf tools, no-code builders, light scripting, AI, or precise specs.
• Use AI productivity tools daily to accelerate drafting, analysis, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and functional leads to build repeatable systems and dashboards.
