Habitat Health is seeking a product-minded problem-solver to help scale our AI-driven care platform. You will map current workflows, design repeatable processes, and roll out tools across clinical, operational, and enrollment teams.

Travel to Habitat centers will be required to observe real-world workflows and drive adoption. The role emphasizes fast learning, automation, ownership, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid environment with potential travel across centers.

Responsibilities

• Jump into research, analysis, process mapping, AI deployment, docs, coordination, or prototyping to bring structure to fast-moving work.
• Break big fuzzy asks into clear, actionable plans and keep stakeholders aligned as things move.
• Eliminate manual, repetitive processes with off-the-shelf tools, no-code builders, light scripting, AI, or clear specs for engineering.
• Use AI productivity tools daily to speed drafting, analysis, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, and functional leads to build repeatable systems and dashboards.
