Grafana is seeking a product marketing professional to drive launches and messaging for our technical products. You will partner with product, engineering and GTM teams to craft materials that help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana, and you will own lifecycle campaigns across the customer journey.

You will conduct market research, articulate value to both customers and sellers, and coach sales teams on product capabilities and enablement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously.
• Ability to articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike.
• Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes.
• A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact.
• Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows.
• Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish.
• Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• 4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management).
