This role requires 8–10+ years in client-side research, strong data analysis, and ability to influence decisions across the organization. Hybrid work model with offices in Mountain View and other locations; remote options available.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in client-side market research, with software/tech experience preferred.
• Ability to apply mixed methods (primary and secondary) and work with external partners.
• Proven track record leading large research projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define market research priorities to inform key business decisions.
• Manage end-to-end research studies, including briefs, surveys, field management, analysis and presentation of results.
• Oversee vendor relationships and research budgets/timelines.
