AvePoint, the global leader in data security and governance, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager - AI & Data Security to join our Product Marketing team. You will shape go-to-market strategy and own research-driven messaging for AI security offerings.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead product launches, develop differentiated positioning, and collaborate with sales, product, and services to accelerate ARR and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Strong research and market analysis abilities.
• Proven GTM planning and execution.
• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product launches with a cross-functional team.
• Develop product positioning, packaging and pricing.
• Engage customers, partners, analysts and market with messaging on roadmap.
• Research target market, personas and competition; build ICPs and battlecards.
• Elevate the voice of the customer; influence roadmap and strategies.
• Provide strategy assets for global plays and enable sales with brochures and decks.
• Monitor ARR, product attachment, and GRR; adjust strategy as needed.
• Mentor others in the marketing department.
