Job summary

AvePoint is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager- AI & Data Security to join our Product Marketing team.

You will drive the GTM for AI security innovations, help grow ARR, and delight customers and partners while collaborating across sales, product and services to accelerate market impact. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS preferred.
• Background working with AI, DSPM, and CSPM strongly preferred.
• Passion and curiosity for AI and understanding its impact on customers.
• Track record of successfully launching products and leading GTM.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills; ability to craft clear messages.
• Track record of effective engagement with sales to drive results.
• Market research and analytical skills; ability to tell stories with data.
• Collaborative team player; capable of influencing beyond reporting lines.
• Articulate storyteller across multiple mediums (written, presentations, social).
• Organized and able to juggle multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to continuously learn and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing product launch initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Developing product positioning, packaging and pricing that differentiates offerings.
• Engaging customers, partners, analysts and the market with messaging.
• Researching target market, personas and competitive landscape to develop assets.
• Elevating the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and strategy.
• Enabling marketing with strategy documents and core assets for global plays.
• Tracking performance with metrics like ARR and GRR and adjusting tactics.
• Mentoring others in the marketing department.
