AvePoint is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape our AI-driven digital strategy in the US market from New York. You will own SEO, AEO/GEO, paid media, and website optimization, partnering with Brand, Demand Gen, and AR to improve AI answer surfaces and citation frequency.

You’ll lead technical SEO, GA4 reporting, and ABM-enabled campaigns, driving pipeline and performance across global regions. Strong analytics and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with senior leadership in paid media, SEO, and web.
• Proven track record building AI-driven search visibility and content strategy for enterprise brands.
• Deep expertise with GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Experience integrating ABM tools (6sense, Bombora, Clearbit Reveal) into demand gen workflows.
• Strong analytics, hypothesis testing, and data-driven storytelling for ELT audiences.

Responsabilités

• Define and own AvePoint’s AI-driven SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy across major platforms.
• Lead technical SEO improvements: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Oversee paid media budgets across regions with accountability for MQL volume and CPA targets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Demand Gen, and AR to improve AI answer surface citations and conversions.
• Build AI-assisted content workflows and measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
