Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy or related field in B2B SaaS or complex solution environments.
• 3+ years of people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment through launch, adoption and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, commercialization priorities, and growth plans.
• Develop segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Lead positioning, messaging, value propositions and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners to guide decisions.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements, aligning audiences and readiness.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools and enablement to win and expand.
