Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing or GTM experience in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years of people management
• Ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business
• Experience with pricing, packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis
• Experience building customer advocacy and case studies
• Experience partnering with Enterprise Sales, Product, CS, Finance, and Marketing
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch
• Partner with Product and leaders to shape roadmaps and growth plans
• Develop market insights to inform pricing, packaging, and routes to market
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and packaging changes
• Equip Sales and CS with narratives, tools, and training
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives
