RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer insights into positioning, pricing and packaging, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team, own the strategy from market assessment through launch, and shape roadmaps and growth plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or GTM for B2B SaaS or similar.
• 3+ years in people management and leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a product marketing team with clear priorities and standards for quality.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, commercialization priorities, and growth plans.
• Develop clear view of customers, competitors, and market dynamics; conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform where to win.
• Lead positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners; guide decisions with product economics and deal data.
• Lead GTM strategy for new products and major enhancements; align audiences, objectives, readiness, and enablement.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and competitive guidance to win and expand.
