RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing and packaging, GTM strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, GTM strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• Hands-on leadership of a product marketing team.
• Experience owning pricing, packaging, and market strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a product marketing team with clear priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, investments, and growth plans.
• Develop understanding of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace through research and field feedback.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to inform growth opportunities.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and go-to-market routes.
• Lead positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Lead GTM for new products and major enhancements with aligned audiences, readiness, enablement, and success metrics.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and competitive guidance to win and expand.
