Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management (Forecasting) within the FPDS team in McLean, VA. You will own forecasting products, align with Finance, Data, Risk and Tech partners, and drive end-to-end delivery of analytical tools used by CFO and LOB leadership.

You will translate business needs into product strategy, define success metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to modernize planning capabilities while ensuring governance and trust in our financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field or related; or 3+ years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with partners across Financial Management, Data Analytics, and FP&A to understand pain points in forecasting.
• Translate business requirements into forecast development, testing, and operations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, and business teams to iteratively develop solutions for high-priority needs.
• Prioritize initiatives, sequence capability development, and ensure end-to-end delivery with governance.
