Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Set a clear vision for the platform so the team builds toward long-term goals.
• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor a team of Product Managers, focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Delivery & Operations: Own core scheduling and planning tools, influencing agent experience, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Translate technical and security needs for external vendors, plan around vendor roadmaps.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipelines.
• Portfolio Prioritization: Balance immediate leadership demands with long-term platform health and dependencies.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Work across Enterprise Data and Tech teams to ensure scalable workforce data.
• Executive Communication: Translate platform constraints into business terms for senior leaders.
