Job summary

Resideo is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of web-based software experiences for residential and professional customers. You will partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and PMs to deliver end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and connected devices.

Responsibilities include prioritizing features, translating feedback into requirements, and leading discovery and launch plans.

Qualifications

7+ years of industry experience in Product Management for software, SaaS, or connected tech
Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization
Experience partnering with Engineering and UX to deliver web/mobile software from concept to launch
Experience managing products serving multiple user types or workflows
Travel up to 20%
Curiosity about emerging technologies and digital product trends
Experience with both B2C and B2B customer experiences
Experience in connected devices, IoT, smart home, security, energy management, or software-enabled hardware
Strong UX understanding and customer-centered design
Experience across complex ecosystems with multiple personas and journeys
Experience in Agile product development environments
Strong communication and influencing stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Resideo's web-based software experiences across residential and professional customer segments
Define and prioritize customer-facing features, workflows, and capabilities to improve engagement, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
Partner with User Experience, Engineering, Analytics, and Product Managers to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, connected devices, and software services
Translate customer feedback, behavioral analytics, market trends, and business objectives into product requirements and roadmap priorities
Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments
Develop business cases, value propositions, success metrics, and product launch plans
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, platform capabilities, integrations, system dependencies, and implementation approaches
Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Align priorities with stakeholders, communicate product direction, and achieve customer and business outcomes
Drive innovation in digital experiences for connected home, security, video, and energy solutions

Requirements

7+ years of industry experience, including Product Management experience supporting software, SaaS, digital products, or connected technology solutions
Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization for customer-facing digital products
Experience partnering with Engineering and User Experience teams to deliver web and/or mobile software products from concept through launch
Demonstrated experience managing products serving multiple user types, customer segments, or workflows
Ability to travel up to 20%
Curiosity about emerging technologies, digital product trends, and evolving customer expectations
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B customer experiences
Experience within connected devices, IoT, smart home, security, energy management, or software-enabled hardware environments
Experience creating exceptional web and digital user experiences with a strong understanding of UX principles and customer-centered design
Experience working across complex ecosystems involving multiple user personas, customer journeys, and stakeholder groups
Experience in Agile product development environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business, design, and engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to build alignment in matrixed organizations and lead through influence
Experience working in global and geographically distributed teams
