Job summary

HousingWire Information Services is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy and execution across data, intelligence, and mobile platforms. You will partner with the executive team to define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver value to subscribers and enterprise customers.

You will develop deep expertise in mortgage and real estate data, map end-to-end customer journeys, and drive cross-functional launches with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and document end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, subscription, enterprise access, account management, and data delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and user experience across subscriber and enterprise segments.
• Translate customer behavior and product performance metrics into roadmap initiatives that improve retention and revenue.
• Coordinate product launches across engineering, editorial, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and enterprise customers and translate business needs into roadmap priorities.
