Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care to lead end-to-end product development across the member journey and clinical workflows. You will partner with clinicians, data science, design, and engineering to deliver impactful care experiences and measurable outcomes.

This remote role is open to candidates in San Francisco, CA, with potential hybrid options as the hub evolves. Base pay ranges from $163,944 to $215,176.50 per year plus benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related roles.
• 4+ years in prioritization processes.
• 2+ years leading cross-domain initiatives.
• 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams.
• Improve member journey from intake to follow-up.
• Build clinician-facing tools and evaluate AI opportunities.
• Define success metrics and measure impact.
• Align clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science.
• Own complex initiatives from problem to delivery.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
