Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care to lead product development across the patient journey from intake to follow-up. You will partner with clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science to deliver measurable improvements in access, efficiency, and outcomes.

You will own complex initiatives, translate ambiguous problems into direction, and mentor junior teammates while aligning with regulatory requirements in a fully remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cross-functional product experience.
• 4+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes.
• 4+ years with tech systems and backend knowledge (databases, infra).
• 2+ years leading complex cross-domain initiatives.
• 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams using research and data.
• Improve member journey from intake to follow-up and coordinate care teams.
• Build clinician-facing tools to deliver high-quality care and reduce admin load.
• Define success metrics and measure impact of changes.
