Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Project Manager to join the Marketplace / Monetization team to drive the day-to-day operations behind PSA Verified and Vault as a Service. You will own production, track inventory, and ensure accurate billing, coordinating across Vault floor, Purchasing, AP, Creative, Marketing, and internal teams.

The role offers remote or hybrid work with onsite expectations for local candidates; you will report to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Marketplace, and help keep monthly

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, logistics, supply-chain, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination.
• End-to-end ownership of a recurring operational cadence.
• Ability to juggle parallel workstreams on deadline and keep threads intact.
• Comfort owning partner-facing operational communication and revenue/GMV reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets / spreadsheet skills; familiarity with ticketing/service-desk tools such as Jira.
• Experience with procurement or AP systems; calm, resourceful problem-solving approach.
• High school or equivalent education background preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the production pipeline end to end for PSA Verified; schedule, track, and document production.
• Serve as operations contact for partners; track inventory flow and communicate statuses.
• Manage packaging and supplies procurement; place orders and route invoices.
• Support revenue reporting and billing across programs; prepare per-order paperwork.
• Coordinate design approvals and marketing deliverables; ensure timely production.
• Handle error intake and triage; escalate issues with commercial implications.
• Maintain trackers, pipeline, and reporting; ensure audit cleanliness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement with tech teams.
