Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Vault Clinical Operations suite to own the product strategy and roadmap, unifying clinical systems, data, and processes to speed therapy delivery. You will shape a leading product line and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impact across global health programs.

You will engage customers, define the vision, and drive features from ideation through launch while staying current on regulatory changes in clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching products or features that meet customer needs.
• Experience in an agile development environment with engineering, QA and design teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for cross-functional influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.
• Unwavering commitment to professional integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to travel for on-site customer meetings (10–15%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Vault Clinical Operations applications from ideation to launch.
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and stakeholders to identify market needs and define a compelling vision.
• Write clear feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Engineering, QA and design partners.
• Prioritize backlog to balance customer requests with strategic initiatives and value.
• Serve as product evangelist for your application to internal and external audiences.
• Educate Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services and Support through materials and demos.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and business impact.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting clinical operations.
