Job summary

Collectors is seeking a strategic and execution-minded Sr. Product Manager for the Vault Operations Product Experience team.

You will own the full product lifecycle for PSA Vault and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems, partnering with Grading, Marketplace and Operations to drive value for internal and external customers. You’ll lead roadmap prioritization, collaborate with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions, and implement data-driven improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with shipping and scaling experience.
• Proven track record delivering operationally impactful products.
• Experience in operations related to shipping, WMS, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational support and continuous improvements for Vault and WMS.
• Partner with Vault Operations leadership to drive issue resolution and enhancements.
• Lead reliability, roadmap, and improvements of Vault and WMS systems.
• Define end-to-end product vision for Vault and WMS serving Operations at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve handoffs across Grading, Shipping, and Vault WMS.
• Translate strategy into priorities, specs, and user stories; coordinate delivery across teams.
• Define success metrics, track them, and run data-informed experiments.
