This remote role in the United States reports to the Lead Product Manager and requires 3–6+ years in product management, agile delivery, and strong communication. Expect a base pay range of $104,000–$143,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience with hands‑on delivery of reporting or analytics.
• Delivery: translate needs into clear requirements, manage backlog, ship with impact.
• Measurement: knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and objective analysis of results.
• Collaboration: build cross‑functional relationships across data science, analytics, and business teams.
• Technical fluency: translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into well‑defined requirements for development teams.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with the development teams.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Assist with measurement tracking across NBA, monitoring KPIs and model performance.
• Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of metric definitions and reporting logic.
