Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the delivery of new NBA reporting requirements and assist with measurement tracking across the program.

This hands-on role collaborates with development, data science, and analytics teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and maintain a trusted reporting output. You will manage the backlog, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure timely, accurate dashboards and reports, validating against acceptance criteria and surfaces

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience, including hands‑on delivery of a product, reporting, or analytics capability, preferably in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Delivery Execution: Proven ability to translate needs into clear requirements and partner with development teams to ship—backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Measurement & Critical Evaluation: Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts; able to help track metrics, interpret analyses objectively, and validate reporting.
• Collaboration: Ability to build cross‑functional relationships and gather requirements across data science, analytics, and business teams.
• Product Acumen: Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and PI Planning participation.
• Technical Fluency: Awareness of modern technology and data/analytics concepts and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Product Delivery Proficiency: Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies; working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.

Responsabilidades

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements with the development teams, serving as the day-to-day product point of contact.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies and risks, tracking progress and escalating when timelines or scope are at risk.
• Assist with measurement tracking across NBA, monitoring KPIs / model performance, and operational metrics.
• Monitor metrics definitions and reporting logic for clarity and consistency.
