Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive NBA reporting and measure tracking.

You will translate requirements, manage the backlog, and partner with development, data science, and analytics teams to ship trusted reporting and monitor business outcomes. You will lead agile ceremonies, ensure data accuracy, and deliver dashboards that surface actionable insights for stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, CCC, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Delivery execution: backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Measurement knowledge: KPIs/OKRs and objective data interpretation.
• Collaboration across data science, analytics, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery of new NBA reporting requirements with development teams.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog by business impact and dependency.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and IT to align on requirements and outputs.
