Lyft in San Francisco and New York seeks an experienced Product Manager for Trust and Safety to design and scale a safety platform aligned with global expansion. You will partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and research to deliver platform solutions while maintaining speed and reliability.

This cross‑functional role collaborates with Policy and Support to ensure a cohesive driver and rider experience, defines success metrics, and prioritizes work in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with Trust and Safety focus.
• Strong technical acumen with platform integration experience.
• Experience leading engineers, setting goals, roadmaps.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments requiring solution ideation and execution.

Responsabilités

• Design and build the platform that supports Safety for global expansion with an ambitious vision and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and research to develop safety solutions for partners while maintaining a scalable platform.
• Collaborate with Policy and Support to provide a cohesive driver/rider experience.
• Represent Trust and Safety as SME in partnerships, ensuring requirements are understood by the team.
• Define success metrics and drive data-informed prioritization across multiple projects.
