Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping large-scale PM projects with measurable impact.
• Experience with data-driven product optimization and complex algorithms.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear, multi-team plans.
• Strong coordination with engineering, design, and product partners.
• Experience setting OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs.

Responsabilités

• Build models, tools, backend solutions and user-facing products that enhance safety for all users.
• Internalize Uber’s mission and translate strategy into safety roadmap.
• Be truth-seeking and collect data to inform product direction.
• Identify opportunities for new safety products leveraging Uber’s scale.
• Communicate plans, insights, and results to executives and teams.
• Partner with Data Science, UX Research, Operations to surface user problems.
• Distill vision and drive prioritization across cross-functional teams.
