Lyft is seeking a Product Manager for Trust and Safety in New York, focused on designing the next generation of safety platforms for a global expansion. You will partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and research to deliver scalable safety solutions for drivers and riders.

The role demands leadership of engineers and a track record of setting strategic roadmaps, with a high comfort level in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Hybrid office schedule in NYC is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience, including Trust and Safety.
• Strong technical background with platform integration experience.
• Experience leading engineers and setting long-term roadmaps.
• Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous environments and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the platform features supporting Safety for global expansion.
• Partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and research teams to tailor safety solutions.
• Collaborate with Policy and Support teams to provide cohesive user experiences for drivers and riders.
• Represent Trust and Safety as SME in partnerships and capture requirements clearly.
• Conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and drive data-informed prioritization.
