The role demands exceptional leadership, strategic judgment, and a proven track record of managing large Trust & Safety organizations in a consumer tech context. In-office hybrid role in NY/ SF regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Trust & Safety, risk, integrity, or related fields.
• Experience leading two or more Trust & Safety functions at scale.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead global safety compliance, risk, and governance across markets.
• Shape and enable Trust & Safety strategy and policy across the business.
• Build partnerships with legal, regulatory, and product teams.
