Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with Trust and Safety exposure.
• Deep technical acumen with platform solutions and third-party integrations.
• Experience leading engineers and setting clear goals and roadmaps.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build platform for Safety with ambitious vision and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and research teams for safety solutions.
• Collaborate with Policy and Support to deliver cohesive driver/rider experiences.
• Represent Trust and Safety as SME in partnerships and requirements gathering.
• Prioritize multiple projects and define success metrics using data-driven decisions.
