Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Safety team. You will drive the safety experiences roadmap, partnering with data science, UX, and operations to build tools, contextual experiences, and policies that engender trust across riders, drivers, and couriers globally.

You'll lead cross-functional projects, define roadmaps, and push bold innovations in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Strong technical depth and user-centric design are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping large-scale projects.
• Experience in data-driven optimization and complex algorithms.
• Ability to convert ambiguous problems into focused plans for multi-team delivery.
• Strong technical depth to coordinate large engineering efforts and manage risks.
• Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs.
• Proven leadership in experimental teams and data-driven prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Build models, tools, backend solutions and user-facing products that enhance safety for all users.
• Understand Uber's mission and how Safety team's objectives fit into company strategy.
• Collect data and feedback to inform product direction and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for new products leveraging Uber's scale and safety infrastructure.
• Communicate plans, insights, and results to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Data Science, UX Research, Operations to gather insights and evangelize proposed solutions.
• Distill vision and generate enthusiasm across cross-functional teams.
