Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy, structure, and execution for vendor integrations.

The role coordinates across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims and Billing to evaluate opportunities and determine the right integration approach, while guiding field and stakeholder communication. The position can be remote or hybrid across the US, with a focus on scalable vendor models and clear execution paths.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, ownership, or related leadership development program experience.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting or healthcare domains.
• Experience defining strategy for complex processes, integrations, or service models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and execution approach for third-party vendor integrations.
• Own and manage the integration portfolio across stakeholders.
• Lead intake and evaluation of new vendor opportunities and readiness.
• Communicate guidance on integration models, business rules, and sponsor nuances.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of production issues and follow-through.
