CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Product for Third-Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution across the integration portfolio. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field teams to assess opportunities and determine optimal integration approaches.

The ideal candidate combines strategic ownership with cross-functional judgment and the ability to translate business needs into clear integration plans and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, product ownership, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in payer/vendor integration, contracting, program management within healthcare.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce field/stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration.
• Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations and operational updates.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and drive follow-through.
