Job summary
Geotab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products. You will discover and cultivate new products, support revenue growth, and work with cross-functional teams to drive value.
Strong analytics and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in product management, a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Agile planning.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Agile planning methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with diplomacy and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Understand the infrastructure needed to support revenue growth and telematics solutions.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, data scientists, project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives to refine value propositions and product fit.
- Translate needs into detailed epics and initiatives aligned with product strategy.
- Leverage KPIs and user engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
