Geotab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products and segments, responsible for discovering, developing, and cultivating new offerings that support Geotab's growth. You will collaborate with UX, data science, and leadership to drive revenue growth and product excellence.

The role requires 5–8 years in product management, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in metrics, Agile, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Agile planning methods and organizing product development.
• Strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Understand infrastructure needed to support growth of existing and new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, data scientists, project managers, and senior leadership.
• Leverage KPIs and engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer discovery initiatives and mentor the team on interviews and value propositions.
• Translate needs into detailed epics and initiatives and coordinate with technical PMs.
