Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design focused on growth/consumer platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing process, interaction, and shipped products affecting metrics.
• Experience designing for web and mobile at scale.
• Comfort with experimentation, user behavior, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize consumer onboarding flows for seamless first-time experiences.
• Drive funnel and conversion improvements through iterative design and testing.
• Ideate and implement referral and viral growth features to accelerate user acquisition.
• Create reactivation and lifecycle experiences to boost retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to reimagine the car-selling journey.
• Develop mobile-first product experiences across devices.
• Contribute to and evolve Bidbus’s design system for scalability.
