Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our vision of reimagining digital services for government partners.

You will work directly with government agencies and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to define scope, prioritize features, and shape the product strategy that aligns with contract outcomes. You’ll collaborate with partners and contractors to deliver user-centric experiences, analyze business impact on contracts, and ensure compliance with government

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects and fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs.
• Ability to identify market trends affecting product direction.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship required.
• May be subject to a government background check or security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with project management.
• Represent Nava’s outcome- and user-centric approach in discovery meetings.
• Measure progress and translate data insights into action.
