Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our mission of reimagining digital government services.

You’ll collaborate with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to create simple, usable experiences that impact millions of Americans. You will set direction, scope features, and assess business impact on government contracts, while guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver value in highly ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager on Salesforce-based products
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports and dashboards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs
• Strong bias towards action in ambiguous situations to structure the action plan
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and create order from divergent needs

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to gather market research and requirements
• Define direction, scope, and priority for projects, features, and business metrics
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with government partners and contractors
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with project management teams
• Represent Nava’s user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors
• Translate user needs and population needs into actionable product decisions
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data into action
• Define objectives and reverse-engineer paths to achieve them
