Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our government-focused digital services. You will partner with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to shape product direction and deliver user-centric experiences that improve millions of lives.

You’ll set direction, define features, and measure outcomes on government contracts, balancing ambiguous requirements with a bias for action and transparent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research and user needs.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high-level initiatives to features and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with teams and government partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies.
